Serious Illness and End of Life Consultation
I offer consultation to individuals and families that are in need of guidance with advanced care
planning, critical conversations, and ritual planning. I weave in contemplative practices such as meditation and centering prayer in my work with individuals and families facing illness and
death. I collaborate with palliative and end-of-life care health care providers when appropriate and necessary for advanced care planning.

Training
I am passionate about teaching and exchanging wisdom with institutions and communities. I
have offered trauma-informed and liberation-centered training in my areas of specialty for
healthcare institutions, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations. Please contact me to
